Where can I learn about how to get started?

Novice and advanced users can find more detailed information about CONJ theme and its features in our Documentation.

Within our extensive documentation, you’ll find a collection of our latest how-to guides, covering the most recently added features as well as links to the most popular topics, which you might find helpful if you’re just getting started.

How do I download the installable zip file?

Once your payment is complete you’ll be directed to a page with a download link and support instructions.

You will also receive an order confirmation receipt with this same download link. While this mostly happens within minutes, it can take up to 4 hours to process your payment.

Do you offer design and customization services?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer individual theme or plugin customization or take on any client projects.

What versions of WooCommerce are supported?

We support the latest minor release and the previous two before that.

As an example, if the current version is 3.7.x then we support 3.6.x and 3.5.x. Ideally, you are running the latest version of WooCommerce and are staying updated with the most secure version of WordPress.

How often is the theme updated?

We update CONJ theme and its companion (PowerPack) plugin any time we discover a bug or there is a new feature we feel should be added.

Can I use third-party plugins with the theme?

Yes, most plugins should work fine and as expected with CONJ theme. However, we can’t guarantee they all will. There are some plugins that conflict with the code used in the theme or its companion plugin and cause them to function improperly. 

There are thousands of plugins available, and it would be impossible to test every single one with CONJ. If the plugin has been coded to WordPress standards, it’ll work 99% of the time.

Can I use the theme on WordPress multisite?

Yes, CONJ theme works with WPMS! Take a look at our demo sites – they run on WPMS.

Do you have or provide demo content?

Yes, of course. Included with CONJ theme are image placeholders (watermarked), as well as sample posts, pages and products to get you setup just like the demo site.

Disclaimer: Due to copyright restrictions, all images downloaded via demo import are watermarked and their quality reduced on purpose.

Can I add my own logo, fonts, colors?

Absolutely and we highly encourage it! It’s super easy to add in your own logo and images, or change the colors and fonts.

Can I translate CONJ to a different language?

Yes. Both CONJ and its companion (PowerPack) plugin are localized using GNU gettext functionality and include RTL support, by default. Within both theme and plugin you would be able to locate the catalog file with all of the English terms we used, enabling users to edit the language file to translate CONJ to any language in the world.

While we do provide these resources, translating your theme is considered a customization beyond our support policy. We do not provide support for translation plugins.

What browser versions are supported?

CONJ and its companion (PowerPack) plugin tested thoroughly with the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Chrome.

We don’t support older versions of Internet Explorer. Please consider upgrading to the latest version for optimal performance and experience or switch to a different browser.

Is the theme integrated with bbPress plugin?

Yes. CONJ is specifically developed to include bbPress integration, by default.

Does your website support affiliate sales?

Our website has a fully fledged affiliate system and for every customer you refer to us that purchases a copy of CONJ theme from our website, you will be paid a 35% commission straightaway!

I have found a bug, how can I report it?

If you would like to send a bug or compatibility report, request features or give general feedback you can do so via our dedicated support forum.

Please provide as much info as possible — detailed reports make it easier to diagnose and solve any issues. Due to the nature of CONJ, most bugs are usually related to a specific third-party plugin or customization you have and it’s helpful if we can have your site address to inspect the page in order to provide a fix.

License

How long does my license key last?

Your license is valid for a year from the date you activate it.

As an example, if you purchase and activate your license on 1st January, 2019, you’ll get regular updates to CONJ theme and its companion (PowerPack) plugin up to and including 1st January, 2020. To receive updates after that date, you’ll need to purchase a new license key.

Can I use the theme on multiple websites?

There are no restrictions on how many times you can download or use the theme, and you are free to install your copy on as many websites as you like.

However, when you purchase CONJ theme, your license entitles you to activate CONJ on one WordPress instance only. If you have multiple sites, or people using CONJ, you can always purchase a volume license at a discount.

CONJ theme is distributed under the terms of the GNU GPL Version 3.

Can I use the theme for my clients?

Absolutely, you are free to use the CONJ theme and its companion (PowerPack) plugin to either build websites or transfer the license of your copy to your client when the project is finished.

Can I purchase a volume license key?

Yes you can. When you buy three copies of CONJ, you are eligible to receive volume pricing.

A single volume license key can be used to register CONJ on three (3x) WordPress instances, and you are free to share your license key with other people or co-workers. By extending and purchasing a volume license, you will save 46% in total.

I’m a student, do you provide discounts?

Yes, we provide a 50% discount for students, teachers and educational institutions. To receive your coupon code, click here to submit your request where you’ll be asked to provide the following information:

* School ID photo/scan.
* Enrollment proof valid for the current study year.

Do you offer refunds?

If you’ve changed your mind, and you no longer wish to use CONJ theme, you have the right to revoke your license key and return purchase made from our website within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Why has my license expired?

When you purchase CONJ for the first time, you can use it for as long as you want — however, you’ll only receive free updates and support for a year from your date of first activation. If you find that your license has expired after that year don’t worry, you can continue to use CONJ theme and its companion plugin on your last-updated version.

You will not be eligible to download any further updates without first purchasing a new license key.

Can I transfer my license to a different site?

Sure you can, in case you’ve bought a new domain or simply decided to register your existing license key on another WordPress instance, you’ll need to unregister CONJ theme from your old website first.

Once you’ve unlinked your old website you would be able to register the same key on a new domain or website successfully.

Will I be charged when my license expires?

You won’t be charged automatically when your license key expires and we don’t store credit card or payment details when you are making a purchase.

What happens if I don’t renew my license?

If you don’t want to renew your license key after it expires, you can continue to use the version of CONJ theme and its companion (PowerPack) plugin that you have, for as long as you want, but you won’t be able to receive any further updates. You will no longer be able to update your theme, PowerPack plugin or submit a support request in our forum.

If you decide you want to purchase a new key at a later date, that’s fine — you’re welcome back at any time.

I need an invoice, where can I request it?

Right after purchasing your copy of the CONJ theme you will receive a customizable invoice as part of your purchase receipt.

This invoice is always sent to your registered email and you can add any information you need such as your address, company name etc!

If you haven’t found your invoice, or you are registered for VAT and need your invoice adjusted, please contact our support here.

I haven’t received my license or download link?

Once your payment is complete you’ll receive an order confirmation email with download link instantly. While this usually happens within minutes, in some cases it can take up to 4 hours to process your payment.

If you made a purchase and have not yet received your license please follow these steps:

* Please double check the spam and junk folders in your inbox. If you use email security software, check the settings. Sometimes the license emails get stopped by those.

* Try signing in at my.paddle.com – your license may be stored there and if your email does not work – it’s probably because you registered with a typo.

* Contact us here and we’ll generally be able to retrieve the license for you and/or resend the license email.

What is the license key validation for?

It is essential to register your copy of the CONJ theme to unleash the full potential of it as without validating the license key, you will be unable to receive automatic updates, and the following features of the theme will not function:

* One-click website demo import.
* Importing pre-made block templates.
* Automatic updates of the theme.
* Installing or updating CONJ PowerPack plugin.

Which payment types do you accept?

All payments are handled through our authorized retailer Paddle.com, and we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.​
